this message ended up in the spam folder.late reply.
hehe, it wasn't I.
you're referring to AL GOFF i presume...
I'm GoffMac.
no worries, we get that a lot..
it's the use of non-universal connectors that creates problems down the line.
tip: if you plan on buying outside the box, one-off, pieces of interface gear,it pays to know enough about the gear to trouble shoot it yourself, otherwise purchase backups of the proprietary connectors in case of times like these.that, and take real good care of the hard to replace non-factory pieces that are not bolted down, like cables.
it's going to take some doing to track down the special connector used on that pedal. you might want to take a photo of it and send it to someone like amphenol to see if they can i.d. it for you if you're not wanting to go through their entire catalog of which there are thousands of parts.
reason i prefer not to get too exotic with connectors.the more things change, the more they remain the same.
if you take it to a tech, he/she should be able to reverse engineer your cable issue.
other than that the only one i would know off the top would be Ted Thompson. if you can find him. he might know what the part is. he was gen mgr of speakeasy for a while but left before steve passed:

I've been looking for the cable Steve made when he sold these Speakeasy 122-147 PA's. They are around 12-18 inch long with a female Leslie connector on one end and a 9 pin, using 6, in a square pattern, 3x3 on the other end, with a screw on type end.. Mine got lost. Any help would help me. You, Goff upgraded my Leslie back in 1996 0r so. Maybe you know someone who might have one or can make one?  I guess the group isn't very active these days. thanks,

curious if the A102 video is from EU power grid?
you brought a 110 volt Hammond?
if so, did you change the pulleys in the 122 to those designed for 50hz?
as far as the proprietary connector on the speakeasy, that might be one of the amphenol mil-type connectors. 6 pin. perhaps there is a part number on the connector somewhere.
although the mil-spec connector is on the preamp pedal, the one going to the leslie would be the stock old-type 6 pin amphenol.
so a chain is only as strong...
upside of that is the pedal getting stomped on has a more secure connection.
may be difficult finding someone who has an extra one of those cables.

it would be a simple matter of copying the pin configurations. not familiar with steve's product but i would guess he used a leslie type cable. ham-suz makes the best cable imo.

Hi, John
Just thought I'd drop you a line and ask how you've been.Moved out of the Bay Area? Still in good health? Playing the console?
We moved back to Europe (splitting time between Croatia and Germany), and I brought with me an A102.While in the US, I actually had the Speakeasy myself, but I sold it while still there.
I hope someone can point you in the right direction in your search for a replacement.
Take care,Sergp.s. here's a link to a YouTube video of me playing the A...Hammond A-102 through Leslie 122BTW, I had the caps swapped and recalibrated, but never really got the sound I've been looking for....

Hammond A-102 through Leslie 122

1964 Hammond A-102, played through a Leslie 122 from the 70s. Doodling whatever. The organ had the caps exchange...
