Yes, but I would think that adding wheels, IF the Electro doesn't
respond to them, would be a support nightmare.

Remember, adding synth sounds to the Electro was something of an
afterthought.  It doesn't actually have a synth engine; it plays
*samples* of popular analog and VA synths.

One thing I've always wondered is:  Does the Stage sound *exactly* like
the Electro?  I mean, can't-tell-the difference-on-a-bet the same? 
Because if it does, then it begs the question, is Clavia deliberately
holding back on the Electro?  If it's different -- especially if the
Electro is a little better at certain sounds -- then it implies that
there is a difference in the design, and there might be reasons to leave
the Electro as-is, even if that means no pitch bend.
