yes in order to do all those shots live you would need 3 cameras going on at the same time and they'd have to block out each camera angle so the other camera guy wasn't in the shot which if you've seen real live multi-camera stage concert work is next to impossible. they shot each player in segments and edited it. the close ups are another segment reel of each player.
