yeah, question the actual source of the organ sound? 
although i agree with norm that a clone can be played well enough to fool a discriminant ear, i do wonder if this japonesa is actually standing in japan playing the SK2 as it does not look like japan behind her. 
also the organ track has much use of the expression pedal which will need someone sitting down to do that. meanwhile KEIKO is seen dancing swaying from left foot to right. she does not appear to be playing an expression pedal. hence i'm dubious of the authenticity of the video as matching the audio track.
that said, since this a monsanto/501(c)3 production endeavor, i'm not discounting that some of the track was done by pros in a studio while adding some of the live tracks from the other players seen in the video. in order for this track to sound pro with organ, the organ player has to have some studio chops just to play those lines.
after all the intent of the video is to promote vaccines.. is that you TED?
listening with headphones and noting the call and response of the organ track, sounds like the track was done in a studio to get that quality of isolation on the organ. and even if KEIKO is playing the licks at spots heard on the track, no guarantee that it is really all her or her on the track at all. not unless she went into the studio herself and played the parts and with an expression pedal sitting at the organ not standing. but then she's supposed to be in japan..
