Subject:Joey Defrancesco Numa Organ

I'm having an issue with an early Numa Organ drifting out of tune . I've
been told it is the pitchwheel potentiometer . Can anybody tell me how this
can be fixed ? I understand you can place a fixed resistor network in place
of the pot . Anybody care to elaborate ? Thanks in advance .
