I think it's a safe bet that it's your headphone jack or your headphones.. use the regular 1/4" outs and listen through a proper amp/monitor, I'm sure it will be fine. Loading a new update should not mess up the headphone output, this is a coincidence (or a problem that you already had but were not aware of).. Assuming the main outs are good (and I think it will be) get through your gig and then go ahead and update to 1.11 you'll love it.. the new leslie is very nice..
