Subject:Roland VKM as a pedal-bass tone generator?

Hi,
Does anyone have any views on whether this would work well? (to use with an organ that can only have one split (ie which has no 3rd voice available to play two manuals plus pedals with independent control).

Does the VK8M have a quality, authentic, warm bass sound?
