i have a panasonic DA7 mixer which has the motorized fader function. but it also has a calibration feature to make sure the faders move and report as accurate a position as possible. i dont use the DA7 to mix as i mix ITB. and automation is a great tool but less dangerous to the fingers when it's virtual reality on a screen.
do these motorized drawbars have a calibration function? how would one know that the bars are in the right exact spots when they shift? 
percentage of error?
even the DA7 forgets a fader setting.
since hammond is played like a synth, one hand on the controls one hand on the keys, for my use i would be constantly changing bar regs rather than relying on presets. 
it appears to me that a motorized bar position feature is  like trainer wheels. 
rather than use one's ears, the eyes are used to create sound... hmmmm..
if that's the case, a moving drawbar virtual reality screen would work as well for training purposes.
