Yes, no audio is one of the possible symptoms of bad connectors.
Remember, this is a 100% digital keyboard (except for the outputs).
There are two CPUs, and if they fail to communicate with each other, the
CX-3 might not proceed to the point of making audio -- or
sending/receiving MIDI, for that matter. Most CX-3/BX-3 owners have an
issue with the connectors sooner or later.
