"From Ray Electricals to Aroundabout Sounds, over 40 years, Mark Howell,has been part of Cheltenham's musical history. I will remember him as an intuitive bass player with immense skill both on electric and double bass. I had the pleasure of his playing in more than one occasion both in the band and accompanying acoustic guitar. He was always happy to play and he really enjoyed the occasion whatever the venue. I was also jealous of his Dyson fan!!
He had a terrific ear for music and I know he will be sorely missed by all musicians. I wish Diane and family well through this terrible time."
