Wow, sorry to hear about all the problems that you're having. My experience was exactly the opposite. Acoustic Samples is the vendor, I bought it directly from them. I already had the UVI Workstation installed, so I just went thru the steps they had outlined, and everything worked as expected. The only thing that I don't like is the Leslie ramp up speed is too fast. Other than that, yes, it's a killer.
