Subject:Mini Vent II

I happened to notice a picture of the Mini Vent II on the Neo Instruments
web page - anybody know anything about it? It looks just like the old Mini
Vent but without 'for guitar' or 'for organ' written on it. I wonder if
it's for both with no real changes in the sound.
