Hi All,

Thanks for the kind words. I still plan on staying part of the
CloneWheel and NordElectro forums, as well as YamahaDX and the Keyboard
Corner, but just as a 'regular' member.

And just to be clear: AshbySolutions.com isn't *completely* closing.
I'm shutting down the retail aspects -- i.e., the areas where I bought
items at wholesale and (hopefully) sold them at a profit, plus provided
support, warranty claims, etc. If I have some stock left, I'll be
selling it off, and then won't get any more.

The manufactured and specially-sourced items, though, are still going to
stay around. There are four things that might affect forum readers:

* *Ventilator accessories:* I'm going to continue selling remote
footswitches and spare power supplies. I bought a bunch of power
supplies when the manufacturer changed the design, and I haven't run
out yet. (Some power supplies cause the Vent to hum; this one
doesn't.) If there is good demand, I'll keep offering them; if not,
they'll just run out at some point.

* *Halfmoon switches:* I buy the cases for the Gigger Halfmoon in
bulk to get a good price, and I still have stock. Plus, they can be
used with Motion Sound, the Burn, the HX3, etc. so my being (or not
being) a Vent dealer doesn't really matter. If they continue to
sell, they'll probably be around for years.

* *The FC7 pedal adapter:* I ran out of parts, and don't plan to
order any more.

* *MIDI Solutions:* I have a kind of 'special' relationship with the
products, having written the user manual for the Event Processor.
I'll probably still keep offering their line, plus programming support.
