Subject:Listening test on the sound of the Hammond organ
Hi all,I just subscribed to the list. I am a PhD researcher in London and, as part of my work, I put together a listening test specifically on the attack sound of the Hammond organ and I figured it would be interesting to have a few Hammond experts among the participants. The test requires about 30 to 40 minutes of your time, a (moderately good) pair of headphones and can be conducted online. For best compatibility, I recommend the use of Google Chrome as a browser and a laptop or desktop computer. You will also need that sampling rate of your audio driver is set to 44.1kHz.
Here is the link: http://bit.do/hammondTest
Let me know if you encounter any issues or have any feedback on the test and apologies for any cross-posting.
Further studies will be devoted to emulation of the sound and interface of the Hammond organ.
Best regards,Giulio
