Alan - there is a group on Facebook called Remembering Keith Emerson.  Many people in this group have the rights to the original photos of The Nice & ELP.
Too bad I gave all my originals away a long time ago of them, Yes and UK.  Oh well.
It may be worth a shot to join the group and post what you are working on there.
