If you think it's lubricant, then you can take off a few keys that aren't used a lot (high and low keys....there will be more fresh lubricant on those) and using a pin or straight paper clip, scrape off a tiny amount of lubricant from each key. After 4-5 keys, you should have enough to lubricate your sticking key.
