MIDI-wise, Clavia products are pretty straightforward. The only thing
is, they didn't copy the Voce standard and expand on it like NI and GSi
did. Well that, and the CCs aren't movable. Why didn't they copy
Voce? Who knows, but it might have to do with the fact that Nord has a
lot of non-organ CCs for piano and synth sounds in the Electro and
Stage. The only odd thing that Clavia did -- if we forget about
drawbuttons -- was merge some of the percussion features into one switch.

The SK1 is stranger than the Nord. Hammond-Suzuki has this technically
cute, but annoying, method for the drawbars. They recognized that each
drawbar can only have nine positions (off, 1-8), so 9 DBs * 9 positions
= 81 -- less than the range of 0-127 in one CC. So they merge ALL of
the DBs for each manual into one CC. Kind of cool, except no one else
followed their approach. And converting to the other way takes math --
not rocket-surgery math, but it's still math. The HX3, for example, has
special modes to handle H-S controls; their 'custom CC' method doesn't
work here.
