If you are trying to control two keyboards or modules from one master
keyboard, then yes MIDI Thru will help. Unless the keyboard adds
something else -- which is actually beyond the specification -- a MIDI
Thru is a copy of the MIDI In, and nothing else. It was created because
MIDI cannot use a Y-cable.
If you are trying to control one keyboard or module from two other
keyboards, you need a MIDI merger.
