Thanks again, Frederick.. That's a good idea. I was toying with the idea
of taking a jig-saw to the bottom and carefully cutting out the wood around
the bottom bearing, so it can be lifted and then replaced after dealing with
those 4 rubber O rings there, in the same manner as the top rotor's bearing
detaches from box. Still I'll try that silicon grease before I resort to
that major surgery. Be blessed!
