I'm certainly aware of the delay of pitches coming in when a key is pressed
very slowly - I even used to do on the Farfisa and other '60's combo
organs. But, I agree that is normal playing that effect really doesn't
enter into the equation. To me the XK5 would be worth it if it sounded
really noticeably better than the other clones out there. If the delay in
the pitches sounding at high speed is part of what might make it sound
better, so be it. But, before I shell out 3K for an organ, it just better
sound damn good - doesn't matter exactly what makes it sound so good, just
that it does!
