I agree that the Vent Sim is better than the Burn, but when you get used to
the Burn and tweak it some it has a very nice tone quality. I have a Mojo
61 on order and I'm looking forward to hearing that sim. While it's true
the Burn has a lot of parameters, many of them seem pretty useless - I
can't imagine anyone uses the 1 or 3 'horn resonance' settings and some of
the models seem pretty unusable. I really like the sound of the 122 model
now that I'm used to the rotary effect - but it also took me a while to get
used to the Ventilator. None of these things sound like a Leslie and
playing through one for the first time was pretty jarring. But, I got used
to both of them. I tend to use the Vent for playing out and the Burn for
playing for fun on my own - but I do switch them around sometimes.
