I hate to tell you this, but all the controllers use pulse width modulation
to effect chorale and are based on microcontrollers or PICs.

Not sure what your issue with George's product is, it's the cleanest
install on the market IMO. You just replace the relay and button up the
amp. Or there is an external version if you like extra wires.
