anything to do with digital, they roll out the older technology first. we think we're getting the latest celphone laptop etc., the year we buy these things. those are way older than the date/year they were released.
it's not bakery goods with an expiry date selling for less the next day.
computers for example, what we buy today are decades old technology sold off today as the latest trendy must-have eye/hand candy.
