That MIDI Loop test error is OK, for MIDI test you have to connect
MIDI Out and MIDI In which you probably haven't done.

The other tests - I don't know details about these results, it can be
faulty ROM, MPU, Sub CPU or some other problem. You can ask Korg
service center, even when they can't repair it, they would know what
it means.

If it's my machine, I would try to reload OS. There's a chance that
part of code is damaged... IMHO it can't be destroyed more by this. If
IC's are faulty, refreshing the OS will fail, or again only the part
of code will be reloaded and it should work like until now, so using
it as MIDI controller still would be possible.

Of course I don't know what would happen, there's also some chance the
machine will die totally.
