Subject:Re: Suitable controller for GSi Gemini DSP tabletop format?
Thanks Daniel but I've now programmed that Axiom manually so no longer any need to find a suitable memory dump. No huge problem - I used a spreadsheet to plan what each control was going to control in each patch and then followed that. Two things I will say about the Axiom2nd generation though...
1. Unlike the 1st generation, there's no way to switch a control to 'off'. I wanted to do this with those controls I wasn't using in any one patch, but had to content myself with setting them to cc0 ( which I assume is pretty much the same thing).
2. The LCD screen doesn't tell you which number patch you're in, which would have been nice, particularly when you need a lot of patches to control everything.
So I've now got 97 elements of VB3 II plus EQ, Spring Reverb, Amp Sim and Rotary Sim effects of GSi's Gemini, all set up in advance of the tabletop module being released. I'll have some set up to do to that when it arrives, but hopefully I've seeded up the process.
