I have the original hard shell wheeled case, and the first time I used it the wheels broke off pulling it up stairs.. They have subsequently brought out a newer model, hopefully it's a little better built.. I sold my soft shell case and I wish I had it back..

I fixed my wheeled case myself, just reinforcing where the rivets are holding the wheels, and I've never had another problem, but I was a tad annoyed that it wasn't better built to begin with.
