Well if thats the case Pat I would like to congratulate you and the team for producing the best ever update for Windows in Win 10. So far it has breathed new life into a laptop originally delivered with Vista.

As for the phone home features the reason for their existence has been well explained by Pete from MS over at GearSlutz and if you don't want to participate you can turn em off in under 60 seconds. Try doing that in Android.
