No. The install of the tools was problematic to begin with. It seemed as though they tried to install the 32-bit driver on the 64 bit OS. I did contact them, but all I got back was crickets after they said they were going to talk to their developer. I’ll bring home a 32-bit laptop and see if that helps and let you know.

Do folks running OSX have better luck?

I’ll check the serial number as well. As I bought it from a dealer (used, albeit) if it’s below 500 we’re going to have to have a heart to heart talk about what to do.

I've posted this elsewhere - Pat - better check the serial number of your Numa -If it is under somewhere around 500 the upgrade will not work no matter what you do.

I went through hell and back with them on this.

What do you notice when you have tried it with windows? Anything on the keyboard flashing any odd behavior with the organ engine sound itself?
