Subject:Updated Numa V1 with Windows

So I’ve had nothing but trouble trying to update my Numa (V1) using Windows. I’ve contacted Studiologic got some response, but then it died off.

Has anyone successfully updated the software with Windows, or do I need to lean on a Mac friend to do it? Has anyone in Seattle had success either way? If so, I’d happily buy you coffee, lunch for some help.
