you will not get, at least at this state of the clones, an exact sound as there are too many parameters in a real tonewheel.
to get an overdrive sound, start off by first closing all your drawbars to "0."
and then add an arbitrary amount of the overdrive on your clone, if it's an amp model setting like on the roland VK, switch between the setting buttons and the amount knob.

then pull out  more of the 5-6 lower bars (16' to 2') with some of the middle ones about half way to test your overdrive saturation amount. if it's too much, sounds unnaturally distorted, slowly back off on the overdrive meanwhile pulling the bars further towards "8" at the same time gauging the level amount of over drive. you will have to do this a number of times until you get a characteristic floored expression pedal-leslie on 10 sound when the more bassy bars are at maximum. which is the typical way a tonewheel/leslie reacts when floored with these bars out.

it can be done to get close.

The organ sound he used there _was_ kind of wimpy.  I don't know if you've ever tried the software called Jammit, but I've gotten some of their Yes songs where you're able to hear the isolated keyboard tracks. The original organ in Siberia Khatru (and CTTE, too) was just utterly filthy, dirty…and it's great. When he hits the high D note in the verse riff, it's more crackle of the contacts than actual note. I don't know how to get a clone to sound that filthy. (I think Hold Your Head Up is another one like that.)

However that being said whatever that is under the triton has the worst organ sound I've heard, especially since he has a dedicated clone behind there. Probably what he needs to do to get the part he needs within reach/the correct hand in his rig, he's certainly been doing it longer and better than me, so not gonna doubt him. It does go to show though that everyoone's ears are different. I miss the warmth of the old analog stuff in early yes.
