I download the appropriate files, but for some reason the NUMA Control Panel won’t unzip.

Anyone else have the problem (Windows 8.1) ? Here’s the download page where I got it.

Pat,

I believe that there was a software upgrade that addressed the problems with the wheel. Mine was twitchy until I did the upgrade, then it was fine. Doing the upgrade was not easy and it was too long ago for me to help you with it. Good luck!

I’m thinking that I just need to open it up and spray it with contact cleaner, but I’m hoping someone here has some experience with a similar problem so that I can either confirm or find another fix.
