Subject:SK1-73 Key Problem

A few days ago at rehearsal I noticed D1 on my SK1-73 to be ~1/8" (3mm) to
3/16 (4.5mm) shallow, below the adjoining keys. Last night at a concert,
key contact was made necessitating frequent holding up of the key. You can
all can imagine what that's like if it has already happened to you.



I'm no stranger to electronics and electro-mechanical devices, including
keyboards, but I have never taken an SK series apart. I have an important
gig in two days and would like to rectify the situation, even if it means a
temporary swap from a lower key. Before I take the keyboard apart, I
thought it prudent to share this with the list in case anyone has any words
of wisdom. I'll share my findings with you.
