Subject:RE: Neo ventilator stereo question
Thanks a bunch for the further clarification, it sounds like my routing should work great
1. Mono signal from C1 (with no effects) into Vent
2. Stereo, ie both mics, to the recorder for a great stereo recording
3. Take one of the channels being recorded, ie one mic left or right, to the amp for great mono live sound (while recording in stereo)
I didn’t think that the Vent would have the “intelligence” to know and adjust the sound depending on whether one or both outputs have cables inserted.
Once again Thanks!

Think of the Vent this way:
________
Mono Vent
Mono organ signal sent into a mono amp and speakers, with one mic on the horn, and one on the rotor.
________
Stereo Vent
Mono organ signal sent to a mono amp and speakers, with one mic on each side of the horn (180 degrees apart), and one on the rotor.
