Thanks to all...... I did contact Andrea, and he gave me the specs for the power supply, which are printed on the unit, and it's a pretty common one to find. My concern had been more one of the consistency and reliability of output, since I don't know how to test that. Anyway, I just ordered one up that seemed to look good..... Guess I'll give it a try.

Ron, thanks for the suggestion about opening up the the old power supply and fixing the connection - that did appear to be the problem, in that I was able to get by by finding a spot where the unit worked consistently and taping the wire down to the block so that it didn't move. I may see if I can make the old one usable, then I'll have two!
