  In the last few months I've tried the Lex, RT20, and Mini Vent with my VR09. I bought the Burn from someone on this list after your recommendation actually because of the 147, 122 and model 16 sims. I actually like the model 16 sim the best, but the speed and ramping parameters are fixed so that kind of kills it. I like the Burn because it's Very programmable and sounds great to my ears. It sounds better to me than the Mini Vent. (But possibly because it's so tweakable). I'm selling it because, to be honest, my band only does straight organ tunes 25% of the night and it seems like too much expense for so little. Plus, I did pick up an SK1 for the home studio which has better organs and leslies. I may go back to the Mini Vent if it doesn't sell and the Burn does. Hopefully this all makes sense. I might also try a Motion Sound, or look for a real Leslie for the home studio. :-) jp
PS: I just listed the Burn on Reverb, so my price may come down if it doesn't sell.
