Bryan, You said the organ doesn't sound good if you play it through the MS 145 and using the Mojo sim at the same time... I'm sure it doesn't, since you are combining two rotary effects at the same time... you should only expect a good "Leslie sound" using one or the other... at least in my opinion.

I purchased my MS-Pro 145 sight unseen. I am a newbie to organ - only playing for the past year. I started with an SK1 which I played thru powered monitors. Never got it to sound like I thought it should. Sold it and ordered a Mojo last January. After some research (mostly comments at Sweetwater's site and several conversations with Jack Ortolani, I decided to purchase the 145. I highly considered one of their stereo units but Jack steered me toward the 145. To his mind (and ears), there is nothing that matches a real rotary unit.

I had strongly considered the Hammond Studio 12, but I have limited space in my studio and the MS was smaller, 20 pounds lighter and I liked the idea of purchasing from a small company. I was a little nervous of whether they'd be around if I needed service, but gained confidence from speaking to Jack.

I really like the 145. I have no experience with a "real" Hammond/Leslie, but it sounds great to my ears. Love the new Mojo sim, but I only play it thru pretty nice headphones. Sounds really great. Doesn't sound very good thru the 145 though.

Someday in the future I'll need something like an MS stereo cabinet. Really appreciate your comments on it. Thanks again.
