Thanks for posting this Fox. I have spent maybe 1.5 hours on the phone with Jack over the past year, pre and post purchase (MS-Pro145). He's a great guy and really helpful.

Really happy with my purchase and MS support. Can't imagine this kind of customer service from Suzuki/Hammond or any of the big boys.
