Subject:Re: Fwd: Neo Ventilator II Service

Dear Lou, and Clonewheel readers: I apologize and am sorry we had to put you through this, but Neo in Germany has not authorized us to ship parts out for warranty repairs. I didn't even realize that is what was being asked of us, if so, I could have responded with the "why" if I had known. Our repair tech, Lou Depasqua, at Innovative Technologies, would be happy to work with you within the guidelines set by Neo in Germany. Neo is a very small one man operation (Guido) and luckily we have very few failures, but when they do happen we have a procedure to have the customer contact his dealer and we have a procedure in place. Sweetwater is a great organization and they should be on top of this, but if you should have any issues with that let me know and I will make sure they come through for you. We are thrilled that you are using the Ventilator II and hope that the concert is a huge success. I am a keyboard player as well and the whole Ventilator II project is a labor of love between Guido in Germany, and myself at Gand Distributing in North America to make the product readily available without having to order directly from Germany like in the old days. Nobody is getting rich on this product, it just costs a lot to R&D, and produce the physical product. Its like a boutique amp - high quality, produced in low quantities, and its for us geeks who can hear and feel the difference it brings to our sound and our playing.
