I'm the leader and 'Duane Allman' guitarist and vocalist in LIVE AT THE FILLMORE™, The Definitive Tribute to the Original Allman Brothers Band. I purchased a Ventilator 2 for Jeff, our keyboard player to use with his SK-2. I agree it sounds excellent. We have had one issue very recently. The 'bypass' switch is stuck in 'bypass,' probably a mechanical problem with the switch itself. Several dealers have been very supportive in helping us to correct the problem by either repairing or replacing the unit in time for our next show next week at Philadelphia's legendary Electric Factory for a benefit concert, 'For The Kids,' the largest motorcycle toy run in the U.S. in conjunction with the U.S. Marines and 'Toys For Tots.'

Hello Clone Wheel group - I couldn’t help but want to comment here. Glad this
came up - thanks for chiming in. The Neo Ventilator II has been out since June
of 2014. Since I’m a clone wheel player, a
long time member of this forum, and

the distributor for North America, I will just tell you that they have been
back-ordered continuously since they came out. We have not been able to get
enough of them for the demand. Major users include Chuck Leavell, who has been
using the Vent and now the Vent II it for all his major tours. I personally was
not expecting an upgrade in sound, but as a long-time Ventilator user, I was
very surprised when the
Vent II did have a richer, fuller sound, with the new
controls adding the means to dial that in the way you want it. I used it with a
Hammond SK1. In general, users seem to agree that it “just sounds better.” Some
long-time Vent users complained about a change in sound until they got used to
it, and now love it. There is also a new Vent II remote footswitch available.
The power supply is universal - comes with all the adaptors you would need -
great for touring musicians. So I urge you all to try it at some point if you
can. We have it in stores in Canada as well as US.

Joan
