Just want to add a couple comments on the VR-09 leslie sim.. The sim is improved over previous VK iterations (based on my recollection), and there are 3 Leslie sims (actually 4 see ** below):

1. Type 1 emphasizes the horn (bright and cuts very well)
2. Type 2 emphasized the low rotor (sounds more mellow and warm)
3. Twin/Dual rotary (which I believe adds another leslie to the Type 1/2 leslie)
4. ** Twin/Dual rotary, with primary leslie turned off.

These variations, along with various adjustable leslie parameters, provide a pretty wide range of leslie sounds. It's likely that most will be able to dial in a leslie that is acceptable to them.. IF not, and you're really fussy about your leslie sim, add a Burn or a mini-Vent, you'll end up with a better sim and better OD.
