As far as I know there aren't any leslie parameters that can be edited using the iPad editor that can't be edited directly using the VR-09 menu (leslie editing is pretty limited, primarily speed/accel/decel, there are no distance or mix angle adjustments). The only exception to this in the organ engine is the bass pedal drawbar settings.. the editor is the only place where they can be edited (as far as I can gather)...

The Editor is primarily required for visual editing of the organs AND for deep synth editing.
