Subject:My custom B3 cab
Thanks Christian for sharing !
Beyond clone topics let me say that 's glad to hear a Hammond with such a actual wind section.
Saw you and your B3 cab rig at 1:17
Guess that couldn't hear the glissando cause was recorded material, wasn't it ?
Best and congrats to "JC n' The Believers" all.

Rafael, I am gratful that you enjoy our work. :-)
For technical reasons (no time for sound check, no microhones the bacxking vocals and live horns, the Hammond cab had to be brought in and out in a matter of minutes, no time to set up ands micd amps (guitar, bass, Leslie). The drum kit and he grand piano already were on stage. The drummer madesure he can hit it hard, so you can see the cymbals movimng. My Hammond rig came pre-assembled in a mini van with no cables (just like the guitar (Strat) and the e.-.bass Fender Jazz)

It was still great fun. Eveytrhing was pre recorded excwept the lead singer. He often adds spontaneous expresivesness, which woulde look out of sync in a total playbvack/lip sync.
These are tv shows with many bands. Almost all keyboardists bring in a board on an X-stand. I refuse toing this in siuch a blarge band. I want a cab with that Hamnmond B3 look. This is not about being a fake- it is about going that extra miole to make the whole band lok good. It also happens to be a functionbal XK.3 system, not a theater prop.
Thanks for your nice comment,
Christian
