Absolutely, correct.. I read the B4 comment in the FAQ and jumped to the conclusion that it ran B4 internally on a chip or something like that.. however it could run this or the new HOAX chip, something proprietary, or something else like B4 hardcoded onto a chip.
 
At this point we don't really know.

It says in the FAQ that it comes pre-configured to be used as a controller for b4, but everything on the site suggests it is a custom engine.

It could easily just be using something almost off the shelf though, rather than something really custom?  http://www.dream.fr/pdf/Serie3000/Short_Forms/ToneWheelOrgan_short.pdf
