Yes, you are correct, 1.4. The Leslie simulation was improved and sounds great. It has been so long since the last release I forgot….thanks!

I'm sure that the desktop VB3 has been low priority for Guido in the past few years but I don't think we've seen the end of it.

And we're at version 1.4, not 1.3. If someone is actually running 1.3 he should really do the (free) update, especially since 1.4 came with a new Leslie emulation that was by far better than anything released in the previous versions.

Regarding Logic, having tried the new hammond emulation in January…Still FAR behind VB31.4, IMHO.

I consider VB3 now abandonware. There's a gap: there's stil no 64 bit reliable hammond emulator today. The Hammond on MainStage is now a lot better, but it works only on Mainstage/Logic.

I really doubt we see any further development of the VB3 as a VSTi plugin since it is the engine used in hardware solutions.

Actually Guido says he’s working on a 64-bit VSTi version of VB3 right now, but it’s been slow going. Periodically he makes announcements about it on his FB page: https://www.facebook.com/GenuineSoundware?fref=ts
