It is all foldable and goes into five solid flightcases. Upper manual can be slided out and used alone in smaller venues.
 
I will upload further pics to show how it all comes together and how I made the molds. Anyone wanting plans: just holler - I got them from a fellow Hammond B3 buff and he (like myself) wants anyone interested to have them. Bench/stool included.
