Yep:
Guido Scognamiglio is the guy who IMHO came up with the best Hammond console emulation ever and Guido (what a coincidence) Kirsch came up with the best Leslie 122 sim. Now the hardware please!

Hi Tommy,

I am unaware of any licensing agreement between GSi and H/S, but I'm not saying it is impossible.  Guido does not check in with me on his business decisions. 8^{o>

VB3 is a VSTi plug-in developed by Guido Scognamiglio, who is the owner of Genuine Soundware Instruments (GSi) and Crumar.  If, indeed, H/S is marketing a keyboard that supports VST instruments, AND they have worked out a deal with Guido to license his VB3 software, it is entirely possible that they now have an instrument using virtual tonewheel modeling technology.

It must be primarily an European offering.  It is not listed among products available through Hammond USA.

That then begs the question as to why anyone would buy a VB3-based instrument from a 3rd party.

Best,
Fox
