I hate to say it, but if my current band project really takes off (it looks that way) I will get rid of all my stuff and buy a vintage console Hammond (which is way more rare and awesome here in Europe than in the US). I am sick and tired of static and uninspiring sounds. The "but you can tweak it" argument doesn't fly with me. You can't "tweak" a concert grand either. Sorry - I had to get that off my chest.

So that would make VASE III based instruments, such as XK3c, XK1c, SK-what-have-you and all the rest of H/S' current production machines, essentially romplers?
