Subject:Re: My group and faux B3 cabinet
Thanks David. Yep, The sound guy messed up - so the output of the mixing console was unusable. I mixed the audio from the four video cameras together and did some heavy EQ, de-crackle and other tricks. Still: the bass has no definition, the lead singer is not clear enough, the piano sounds smalls and boxy (it i a fantastic Yamaha CF-3) , the guitar is inaudible and my Hammond appears faintly here and there.... It is ridiculously difficult to overcome all obstacles when you get started with a new band (even with many seasoned and skilled musicians - the horn section isn't too shabby :-) ) We ( the frontman and myself are the nucleus and co-producers of the upcoming studio album).
Thanks again for your positive input.

Christian whoever built your faux B3 cabinet is a superior craftsman it looks quite authentic. The band really cooks unfortunately it was difficult to hear your organ in the mix.
