The Mini is smaller and lighter.  I never tweak the knobs -- I adjust the drive by dialing the Gain of my NE3 -- and the ones that aren't adjustable on the Mini happen to be at exactly the positions I leave them on the Vent I.  The only thing that the Mini was missing was Halfmoon support; now, it's there.
