Subject:Re: Good news! North American service center for Crumar
hello ken ,
I wonder if you can figure this out , I,m having some trouble with the mojo update .
I,ve gotten as far as steps 3,4,&5 , in step 4 I clicked midi and the lights on the panel
went off momentarily and then came back on , so far , so good . I,m not getting past
the "VB3CE2_Install.exe" part in step 6 . I'm getting a message " this installer only
works on a crumar O.S. " and I can go no further . I don't really understand that section ,
I don't know how to copy the file to the root of the usb drive , I,ve got the file and I'm hitting
run and that's when I get the message , is this the problem ? , I've never used a flash drive
before , obviously .
thanks , bill bosco

Hello all,
I am pleased to announce that my business, Hall
Electronics, has been authorized to offer service for Crumar products in
North America. I'm working closely with Andrea and I hope to have all
parts and documentation to assist with any Mojo problems that may arise.
Please feel free to contact me with any issues you may have and
hopefully I'll be able to help. Of course, Andrea will continue to
respond to questions as well. My contact info is available on the Crumar
website and I'll be working to update my own website soon.
Thanks, Ken
